We do not facilitate actual financial transactions between buyers and sellers on our platform.

3. User Responsibilities and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Data and Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, text, and inventory data you upload to StowFindSell. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to securely host, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service back to you and your authorized Household members.

5. AI Value Estimations and Accuracy

StowFindSell utilizes artificial intelligence to suggest retail values and asking prices based on photographs and geographical data. These estimates are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. We do legally or practically guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated valuation. You should not rely solely on our estimates for insurance claims, tax deductions, or financial decision-making without consulting an independent professional appraiser.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use StowFindSell to catalog or post listings for illegal items, stolen goods, hazardous materials, or explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or demonstrate abusive behavior toward our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StowFindSell, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
